It is with regret that we inform you of the death of Joe Barnes, class of 2012.

Barnes, Joseph (Joe), (Ballyboden, Dublin) passed away unexpectedly, October 24th 2023. Adored and cherished son of Matt and Lucia and beloved little brother of Jessica, Fiona, and Yvette. He will be forever missed by his parents, sisters, brothers-in-law Dave, Simon, and Daniel, his adoring nieces and nephews Jamie, Lucy, Beth, Isla, Oscar, and Baby Myles, his aunts and uncles, wonderful cousins, large extended family, and many loving and loyal friends.
Reposing at the family home on Friday evening, 27th October 2023, from 5pm to 8pm. A celebration of Joe’s life will take place at home at 7pm. Funeral Mass Saturday, 28th October, at 11.30am in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Ballyboden, followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery. Family flowers only, please – any donations would be greatly appreciated by Pieta House.
