It is with regret that we inform you of the death of Carol McCarthy, wife of former Union President Conor (1950) and mother of: Conor John (1976), David (1977), Patrick (1978), Des (1982), Brendan (1986) and Maitiú (1989).
Rest in peace
Peacefully in the tender care of the staff at the Marlay Nursing Home. Predeceased by her much loved and loving husband Conor and her dear sister Clair. Very sadly missed by her loving family, her children, Conor John, David, Patrick, Clair, Des, Brendan, Maitiú and Liza, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, her sisters Jean and Parfrey, brothers Michael and Walter, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Due to current restrictions a private family funeral will take place at 10am on Saturday, 24th July 2021.
