It is with regret that we inform you of the death of Arthur O’Loan, class of 1957, brother of Paddy and John.
Rest in peace
O’Loan, Arthur passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his wife Mary on the 14th of November at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Born in Dublin in 1939, he lived in Clonakilty, Co. Cork, Sandyford, Co. Dublin, Clarinbridge, Co. Galway and lately near Drogheda Co. Meath.
He was a wonderful person and his gentle nature, good humour and unfailing optimism will be sadly missed by Mary and their four children Fiona, Ciaran, Seamus, David and their spouses. As Grandad, he will be missed by his adored grandchildren Serena, John, Mark, Sadbh, Ethan, Fionn and Lauren. He will be held in loving memory by his brother John, sister Maire, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends.
He is now enjoying his heavenly reward with his parents John and Mary, his brother Paddy and his nephew Shane.
